Refund Policy

• Membership dues are non-refundable
• Event fees for members and non-members registration may be considered for refund if considered a timely cancellation in accordance with the Event Cancellation Policy.
• Prepaid event fees remitted with a membership application or renewal are good for that membership year.They may be used for any regular monthly event during that membership year, however the same registration deadlines and cancellation policy applies as regularly reserved and paid for registrations. All unused prepaid event fees expire and are non-refundable upon the expiration of the membership year in which they were purchased.

Event Cancellation Policy

• Reservations for any SITO event must be received by the deadline posted in the invitation and the online posting for that event.
• Cancellation of any event reservation must be received either via online cancellation or via e-mail more than five days prior to the event to be considered a timely cancellation and eligible for a refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.
